Shelter killed a bagger girl. He killed the girl in the same way as he killed the first man. Now Shelter wanted to kill Link. He once tried to find Link. But he found Ginger instead. Shelter lured Ginger to believe that Link was in the hospital. 

Ginger was talking about the life of an homeless man. They went over the Thames by a boat. The boat owner was called Capitan Hook. They meet three homeless kids. One of the kid's name was Doggy Bag. 

Link was looking for Ginger because he was gone. He talked to some guys. One said Ginger talked to a man. He met a girl called Gail.
