1. What is a dip?
When you do a task and at first every thing goes according to plan. But then you are just on a standstill. You can't go any further with your task. That is the dip. It is like when you go up a hill. But when you think you're at the top you see the hill goes even further, and to go up there you first have to go down a bit.

2. Where/what situations might we encounter a dip in?
You jump from a trampolin. When you have jumped down you want to jump from an even higher trampolin. But when you jump from the trampolin you do a stomach splash. After that you won't dare to jump from high trampolines again.

3. What kind of emotions accompany a dip, and how can we stay positive?
You feel bad, sad and angry. Bad because you do not know what to do to get out of the dip. Sad because you maybe think you are stupid. You often also get angry when you do not what to do. To stay positive you must have the mindset that you will sooner or later go over the dip.
